Short, because the site is small: publish things you have the right to publish, do not attack the service, and do not make the inbox a weapon.

Your account
You need an account to publish a profile. One person, one account; do not run a fleet of them to inflate views or likes. You are responsible for what happens under your session, so do not share your password and do not leave a shared machine signed in.
You must be old enough to consent to data processing where you live — at least 13 in most places, older in some. If you are a minor, you need a guardian's permission to publish personal details.
You can delete your account yourself at any time from the studio. Usernames are not transferable and are not held in reserve after deletion.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload — avatar, background, music, images, text. You give this site permission to store it, render it on your profile, and generate a share image from it. That permission lasts as long as the content is on the site.
Upload only things you have the right to upload. That includes the music: uploading a commercial track you do not own, or do not have permission to distribute, is your risk and a removal reason.
We do not scan private content for advertising, and we do not sell it. See the privacy notice.
Not allowed
Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a minor.
Content that harasses, threatens, doxxes or targets a specific person.
Impersonating someone else, or presenting a profile as an official account you do not control.
Malware, phishing, or links that deceive a visitor about where they are going.
Attempting to break the service: scanning, exploiting, overloading, bypassing limits, or probing accounts that are not yours.
Automated inflation of views, likes or messages, including scripts, bots and view farms.
Using the inbox for spam, bulk unsolicited messages or scams.
Content that is illegal where you or the site is located.
Custom cursors, backgrounds and effects are part of the product. They are still content, and they are subject to the same rules.
Moderation
Reports go to the control room with the profile and the reason. An admin can hide a profile, remove a badge, reset a limit, suspend an account or delete it. A banned account cannot sign in and its profile stops serving.
We aim to act on clear-cut reports quickly, and we do not promise a particular response time. If you believe an action was wrong, reply through the same channel — do not open a second account.
Reserved badges — verified, admin, founder — are granted by admins only. Removing one yourself does not keep it removed.
The service
The site is offered as-is, free, with no service level agreement. Features can change, and a feature can be switched off site-wide for a while; your settings are preserved when that happens.
There is no guaranteed backup of what you publish. Export your profile from the studio if you would miss it. Upload quotas apply and can be adjusted per account.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules, and we may remove content we are legally required to remove.
Liability
The site is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for content published by a member, or for a third party's service failing — including Discord, Spotify and Google, whose availability is outside our control.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
These terms can change as the site changes. The date at the top is the date of the last substantive edit. If a change materially affects what you may publish, members will be told through the notification inbox.
Questions about the rules go through the report button on any profile, addressed to an admin.
